- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Accurately document patient care and interventions
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and facility staff
- Follow facility policies and infection control procedures

Qualifications
- Active Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or multistate license
- Current BLS Certification
- Current 2-Step TB documentation
- Minimum of six (6) months of LPN experience
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude
