Essential Qualifications:

• Active FL DOH SLPA Licensure
• At least 2 years of SLPA experience (minimum 6 months within a school-based environment required)
• Understanding of credentialing requirements, including the fingerprinting process and ability to complete necessary forms for verification
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students as assigned
• Collaborate closely with SLPs, educators, and families to support student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
• Foster a nurturing, positive learning atmosphere for all students
