In this role, you'll work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, warehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, support international shipments, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their supply chain career while gaining exposure to global operations, ERP systems, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain inventory accuracy across physical locations and ERP systemsCoordinate domestic and international shipments, collaborating with vendors, freight providers, and internal stakeholdersSupport inventory management activities including cycle counts and stock audits at company and third-party logistics (3PL) facilitiesProcess and maintain ERP transactions accurately, including inventory movements and data uploadsTrack inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolutionInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics-related challengesRespond promptly to supply chain requests from internal teams and external partnersPartner with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Installation, and Support teams to optimize operational efficiencyIdentify opportunities to improve supply chain processes and drive operational excellenceAssist with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities when requiredDeliver professional and proactive communication to customers, vendors, and cross-functional partnersWhat We're Looking For2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, operations, or a related fieldExperience working in a fast-paced business environmentExposure to domestic and international shipping processesExperience working with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platformsSkills That Will Help You SucceedStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for helping othersIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, reporting, and PivotTablesAbility to analyze information, make sound decisions, and drive resultsContinuous improvement mindset with a desire to enhance processes and systemsPhysical & Travel RequirementsOccasional visits to third-party logistics facilitiesAbility to lift up to 50 lbs when necessaryAbility to stand, bend, kneel, and work in warehouse environments as neededFlexibility to occasionally participate in early morning or evening meetings with international partnersMust reside in the Dallas/Ft.
