About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative, mission-driven team in the beautiful Village of Pinehurst, North Carolina. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within one of the premier healthcare systems in the Southeast.

Position Highlights

• Provide outpatient palliative care services to patients in their homes and care facilities throughout Moore County
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team of 7 Palliative Care APPs and 2 dedicated social workers
• Weekday schedule with protected administrative time
• Call rotation: 1:4 weeks with Hospice

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Current national certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of advanced practice experience
• Ability to function autonomously in a variety of care settings
• Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive patient and family discussions
