We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to ensure our rooms are clean, well-maintained, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.Key Responsibilities:Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing suppliesRespond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and courtesyMaintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, storage areas, and cleaning equipmentReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to managementFollow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies to ensure a safe environment for guests and staffAssist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operationsSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periodsAbility to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocolsFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysWe foster a positive and inclusive work environment where growth and development are encouraged.
