In-Home Physical Therapist

Pay: $80 per visit

Location: Oahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per Diem (PRN)

Always Best Care is seeking a Physical Therapist who values patient-centered care and enjoys making a meaningful impact through one-on-one treatment in the home setting.

What You'll Do

Conduct physical therapy evaluations and reassessments
Create treatment plans tailored to patient goals
Improve patient mobility and safety
Educate patients and families on exercise and fall prevention
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
Maintain Medicare-compliant documentation

What We're Looking For

Hawaii Physical Therapist license
One year of clinical experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation
