Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for all aspects of the donor center in the absence of the Center Manager. Proficient in all areas of the donor collection process. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company rules, regulations, and practices related to product, donor, and employee quality and safety. Work with center leadership to develop action plans to maximize center efficiency. Handle all personnel functions including hiring, assignment, direction of work, development and training, disciplinary actions and termination, and maintenance of all personnel records. Determine the adequacy and adjust inventory levels of all goods and supplies necessary for the operation of the donor center. Construct and submit timely and accurate reports on a daily/weekly/monthly or as required basis. Collaborate with the training department to ensure that staff training is facilitated and training goals are met. Develop and implement active donor recruitment advertising campaigns to improve production levels. Manage and develop talent within the donor center; participate in the selection of new staff. Participate in the interview and selection of center staff. Work collaboratively with staff, peers, and management to achieve business goals; communicate continuously and resolve conflicts proactively. Provide timely feedback on performance and initiate disciplinary action when necessary. Participate in the evaluation and review of center staff. Direct and monitor the performance of outside vendors. Learn and maintain thorough familiarity with all state and federal regulations, SOP Manual, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and internal Company procedures. Maintain an open line of communication with management. Ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all personnel, donor, and center information. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with donors, employees, and vendors. Accept performance feedback in a professional manner. Maintain regular attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience including one (1) year in a supervisory position, preferably in a regulated industry. Associate’s Degree in Science or Business Management (preferred). Requirements Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Demonstrate discretion when dealing with confidential information. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Physical Requirements Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Frequent leaning, bending, stooping, crouching, and reaching above shoulder level and below the knee. Ability to sit for extended periods up to four (4) hours at a time. Ability to lift, tug, and pull up to twenty‑five (25) pounds. Work in an environment with moderate noise level. May be exposed to freezing temperatures for short periods of time.
