General ManagerThe General Manager is responsible for all aspects of hotel operations, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, cost control, and sales and revenue generation. This role requires providing strategic planning and leadership across all departments to support a positive service culture and maximize operations. The General Manager ensures the implementation of Vista Host and brand strategies to meet or exceed guest expectations and fosters relationships with key customers.The Homewood Suites Tuscaloosa, managed by Vista Host Management & Development Company, is located near the University of Alabama, providing easy access for families, alumni, and business travelers.
