Position SummaryThe primary function of the Dispatcher and Operations Support role is to support the area managers in the functions of operations and the ordering and delivery of materials to customers.This individual supports the operations and dispatch teams to promote corporate policies, procedures, and safety.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide support for fast, accurate processing of sales orders, setting up job information, confirming & appropriate reports which support sales order processing. Assist department with implementation and training on DQ installation. Processing credit memos on the computer. Assist customers with will call orders. Provide technical assistance to clients and staff. Responsible for front counter, office/dispatch, restroom, and yard/warehouse cleanliness. Responsible for ensuring that trucks are clean. Coordinate all equipment transfers between branches and assist with paperwork associated.Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma requiredMinimum of 3 years of related work experienceAbility to quickly and accurately perform basic math skillsAbility to quickly read a road/geographical map and communicate directions Organization skills demonstrated in job performanceDemonstrated ability to follow instructions with limited guidance Core Competencies: Strive to do the right thing by displaying trust and integrity.
