This role serves as the strategic bridge between clinical, operational, and financial source systems—including Epic, Workday, UKG, and Strata. The architect ensures that staffing metrics and volume data are accurate, standardized, and accessible across all service lines. This individual partners with Finance, Decision Support, HR/Payroll, and leadership to eliminate manual reporting burdens through automated pipelines.
