Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in Wilmington, DE, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The Co Founder/Sales and Marketing Specialist will drive business development by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales across key sectors such as legal, healthcare, media, and technology. The role involves designing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and content marketing initiatives, and strengthening the company’s brand presence in global markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, developing and presenting proposals, coordinating with operations and technical teams to align solutions with client needs, and tracking sales and marketing performance metrics. The individual will also contribute to strategic planning, partnership development, and long-term growth initiatives for Fingerlinks Infotech LLC. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals. Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including campaign planning, digital marketing, content marketing, and brand positioning. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and client-facing interaction. Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for market research, data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and reporting. Candidates should possess Research skills to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in language, transcription, and media solutions. Experience in B2B services, especially in transcription, localization, media, or healthcare technology, is highly beneficial. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a leadership capacity, with entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
