As a valued SLP, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week with diverse student caseloads. Whether you’re a candidate holding your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or seeking a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your specialized training will be essential to assessing and addressing a variety of communication needs. What we’re seeking:

• Valid SLP state license or eligibility to obtain
• CCC-SLP or CFY status
• Previous experience with K-12 populations preferred, but open to passionate new graduates as well
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging therapy onsite
• Commitment to individualized support and measurable outcomes

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language screenings and complete comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans tailored to each student
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Engage families and caregivers as active partners in student success
