SCM Supervisor

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to lead our receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll inspire and develop your team, drive operational excellence, ensure quality and safety compliance, and play a key role in delivering materials where they're needed—on time, every time. Responsibilities Oversee Receiving, Warehousing, Shipping, Inventory Control, Repack Operations, and Internal Logistics to ensure efficient material flow and on-time support of manufacturing operations. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories, ensure FIFO compliance, and monitor material movements between sites using SAP WM/IM. Maintain organized warehouse and storage locations, promote 5S principles, participate in audits, and support productivity and operational efficiency initiatives. Verify all shipments meet customer-specific requirements, packaging standards, labeling requirements, and IATF 16949 quality standards; support corrective actions and 8D investigations when necessary. Ensure compliance with ESH policies, OSHA, DOT, and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) requirements, including equipment maintenance, operator certifications, and transportation regulations. Supervise supply chain team members, conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and corrective action, support recruiting efforts, and facilitate regular team communication and training. Manage departmental training programs and training matrix requirements to ensure employees are properly qualified and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• 5 years of logistics experience.
• 3 or more years in a leadership position with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other individuals.

Advanced level of analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced level of Microsoft Office tools. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of ESH, DOT, OSHA requirements. Knowledge of quality standards, ISO and IATF 16949 requirements. Knowledge of SAP for Operations, Cycle Counting and Report Analysis preferred.
