Are you passionate about crafting exceptional cocktails and creating memorable guest experiences? Taylor House, a brand-new upscale casual restaurant located in the heart of the Walking Mall of Old Town Winchester, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. With a beautifully renovated historic location and a focus on outstanding service, we’re excited to offer our guests a warm and welcoming environment—and we’d love for you to be a part of it!
What You’ll DoAs a bartender at Taylor House, you’ll be at the heart of our guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of craft cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and flair.
- Engaging with guests to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.
- Upholding all safety and sanitation standards.
We’re searching for someone who brings both skill and personality to the bar. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and teammates.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality in every drink you make.
