Role Overview The Quality Program Manager RN oversees clinical quality related to patient care, focusing on standardizing workflows, protocols, and policies to enhance care quality and support clinical staff. They collaborate with Clinic Leadership to ensure accountability and act as a resource for clinical issues, including safety, infection prevention, and medication management. Responsibilities Include Improving clinical processes and implementing best practices Partnering with leadership for accountability and success Providing expertise on clinical quality improvement initiatives Ensuring compliance with safety and infection prevention standards Developing and maintaining clinical policies, procedures, and protocols Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification Bachelor’s degree or ADN with leadership experience Minimum five years of direct patient care experience Three or more years of leadership experience Preferred experience in developing clinical policies and electronic medical records This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, a hybrid work environment, and a pay range of $56.42 - $87.59 per hour, with potential additional compensation opportunities.
