As a fast-growing, leading provider, we proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Reno, NV to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.Pay: $20-22/hr + $1,000 bonus after 90 daysShift: Day shift. Flexible! 34-42 hours a week whichever is preferableRole: 1099, independent contractorPlease be aware that offers are contingent upon passing a background check.ResponsibilitiesWork with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.Assist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care.Provide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological support.Adhere to the patient's established plan of care.Execute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.Maintain records and documentation of daily services.Communication with the patients' family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.Minimum QualificationsCurrent CPR certificationCurrent First Aid certificationTB test & physical examinationAbility to monitor vital signs.Good interpersonal skillsCaring and compassionate personalityHand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions.Preferred Qualifications1+ years of caregiving experience$20 - $22 an hour CNAs earn an additional $1,000 bonus after 90 days of successful employment!To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
