Join Our Team as a Host/Hostess
Are you a warm and welcoming individual with a passion for hospitality? Do you have a knack for creating a positive first impression and making guests feel at home? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Host at MTN Prime Steakhouse!
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Seat guests and manage the seating chart efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Assist with taking to-go orders and coordinating delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
