Mortgage Loan Processor Full Time Regular Lawton, OK, US 30+ days ago Requisition ID: 2464 City National Bank and Trust Job Description: Mortgage Loan Processor Department: Loans Status: Full time Description This position processes real estate loans, assists loan staff, prepares, and closes loans. It requires excellent customer service skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multi-task with close attention to detail. Previous commercial loan and/or real estate experience preferred. Knowledge of secondary market loans and p rior project management experience are a plus. Responsibilities Assist loan officers Prepare all loan documents Order and review collateral documents Process credit reports and review findings Ensure compliance with regulations and City National Bank policies and procedures Communicate with internal and external customers via telephone to; collect loan references and other verifiable information as well as assist with any questions Prepare and close loans in a timely manner Explain terms and conditions of loans Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced calculation skills Ability to work with deadlines Ability to work in a team environment Strong multi-tasking & organizational skills Strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, along with ability to maintain confidentiality Education and Experience Previous mortgage or commercial loan experience preferred; secondary market experience a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years college and/or prior banking experience preferred Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this position.
