Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Review and prioritize documents accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and manage entries and entry summaries with precision.
• Submit all necessary documentation to Customs promptly and accurately.
• Efficiently dispatch freight in accordance with operational requirements.
• Maintain and update customer profiles for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Offer support for various operational functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and various PC-based software, including Windows and email
• Willingness to learn and develop the industry specific skills
• Professionalism and formality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• High level of integrity
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience with a focus on customer service will also be considered
• CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) Certification Preferred
