We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong clinical judgement, and a desire to work in a collaborative, outpatient setting.  Experience in allergy, immunology, or ENT is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Administer allergy injections and biologic medications (e.g., Xolair, Dupixent)
• Perform patient triage and obtain medical histories
• Conduct skin testing and spirometry
• Educate patients and families on allergy management and treatment plans
• Assist with in-office procedures and emergency preparedness
• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
• Monitor patients' post-injection for adverse reactions
• Support providers during patient visits and follow-ups
• Ensure clinical areas are clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current BLS certification
• Previous clinical experience (1+ year preferred)
• Allergy or immunology experience a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient with EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, EPIC, etc.)
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
