With our portfolio of smart water meters, data collection systems and software, we make data actionable for our customers — so they can remain focused on the business of water.Position SummaryArchitect and maintain complex project schedules across multiple concurrent workstreamsDrive disciplined meeting cadences to keep project execution on trackRisk management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing issues to minimize project impact.Own the technical tooling, integrations, and reporting infrastructure that Project Managers and Program Managers depend on for decision-makingConfigure and troubleshoot PM tooling, including scheduling systems, dashboards, and workflow automationDiagnose root causes of data quality and reporting gaps, and build repeatable processes that scale across the portfolioProactively identify data integrity, tooling, and coordination risks before they become delivery problemsEngage directly with technical stakeholders and represent PMO standards in cross-functional settingsMentor and guide junior coordinatorsSkillsExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, etc.)Advanced proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Teams)Ability to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflow automations that support portfolio-level decision-makingStrong grasp of scheduling logic and dependency management across complex, multi-workstream projectsRoot-cause analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose data quality or process gaps and design scalable fixesWorking knowledge of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholdersStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentSound judgment and the ability to exercise autonomy — knowing when to solve independently versus escalateMentoring and coaching skills to support the development of junior coordinatorsProcess design and documentation skills, with a focus on building repeatable, scalable practicesRequirementsEducation: Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications5+ years' experience in a role demonstrating strong technical, operational, and analytical skills.Location: Duluth, GA.Neptune Technology Group Inc. does not sponsor U.S. work authorizations for this position, including H-1B, O-1 and TN.
