As a Behavior Technician , you’ll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices. No experience required! What you’ll do Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills Celebrate their wins! A rewarding career path in behavioral healthcare $21 - $25 / hour based on experience and education Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 7:30pm (15-20/week) Hiring Bonus $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months Additional Pay Incentives +$2/hour for weekend shifts +$5/hour for company-observed holidays Now Hiring In: Cities Targeting- North County Atascadero, Templeton, Paso Robles.
