Shelter Case Manager Brooklyn/ Bronx (Mon-Fri, 9-5)

Phaxis is seeking dedicated Case Managers to support individuals in a shelter setting in Brooklyn/Bronx. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, experience as a Case Manager, and be bilingual in Spanish. This role requires strong communication skills and organizational abilities. Candidates must be available to start immediately and work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
