Business Development Representative / Outside Sales Representative Industrial, Manufacturing & Warehouse Staffing Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Schedule: Full-Time Location: Field-Based with Office Support Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing markets. This is a high-impact role focused on generating new client partnerships, managing existing accounts, and helping companies solve their workforce challenges. You'll spend time both in the field meeting decision-makers and in the office developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with recruiting teams.
