Description Responsibilities Await You

• Conduct routine and complex clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morewhile adhering to established clinical protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and adequately prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, train new personnel or students, and contribute to the maintenance of high-quality lab standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, conforming to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Hold ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Commit to maintaining current certification for the duration of employment.
