Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient assessments and maintain accurate patient records. Support patients with daily living activities and ensure their comfort. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team. Participate in patient education and encourage adherence to care plans.
