Responsibilities Supervise a survey field crew performing control surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, construction stakeout, monitoring and as‑built surveys. Mentor, train, and manage assigned staff in the field. Operate robotic total stations, electronic data collectors, digital and optical levels, and RTK GPS equipment. Perform survey calculations in the field. Interpret design plans, as‑built drawings, and roadway plans. Create legible field sketches and detailed field notes. Hold a valid current driver’s license. Follow instructions, maintain a positive can‑do attitude, and display leadership and mentoring skills. Lift 50 pounds, walk for extended periods, work in all weather conditions, and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and travel for overnight/extended stay projects as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. High school Diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Ability to maintain required certifications.
