Duties

LIGHTNING PROTECTION: Install, repair, maintain, and test various types of Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) such as catenary (umbrella), grid with lightning rods, compression connectors, and connections to ground plates.

CARPENTRY: Work alone or as a member of a work crew at a work site which involves construction, alteration, repair, or modification of items and structures.

CARPENTRY: Carpentry work such as framework, rafters, doors, finished paneling, windows, rough furniture, interior/exterior trim, staircases, trusses and beams.

PIPEFITTING/PLUMBING: Install, modify, and repair high-pressure piping systems and equipment, including steam heating/generation, condensate/circulation pumps, vacuum pumps, flash/expansion banks, and radiators.

PIPEFITTING/PLUMBING: Work from building plans, blueprints, and sketches to plan and lay out the routing, placement, pitch, elevation, pressure reduction, expansion, and operation of various piping systems and equipment.

PIPEFITTING/PLUMBING: Install, modify, and repair new and existing utility, supply, and disposal systems and equipment.

ELECTRICAL: Install, modify, repair, troubleshoot, test and load new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls and equipment.

ELECTRICAL: Install various electrical devices (switches, outlets, control panels, lighting fixtures, motors, conduit systems, transformers, instrumentation devices, and feeder and branch circuits).
