Finishing Operator ILocation: Troy, ALClassification: Non-ExemptGrade: PF4Department: FinishingReports To: Finishing SupervisorSUMMARY/OBJECTIVEThe Finishing department performs specific tasks that enhance the aesthetic characteristics of a part. This position requires running specific finishing operations in a safe and quality manner with limited supervision. The Finishing Operator I must gain and apply lean and finishing equipment knowledge and techniques to deliver on CI expectations among other things, in collaboration with the area Team Lead, Supervisor, etc.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
