Founding Data Engineer

Opportunity to be remote or onsite in NY/Boston Your responsibilities Architect and maintain the organisation’s core data infrastructure. Build batch and streaming pipelines integrating diverse internal and external data sources. Manage dbt SQL models and apply healthcare ontologies (e.g., SNOMED, ICD, FHIR). Develop pipelines for structured and unstructured data. Support AI, clinical, financial, and operational workflows. Deliver projects such as real-time dashboards, CDC systems, reverse ETL, and performance analytics. You will bring 5+ years of Data Engineering experience, ideally building from 0→1. Strong SQL and Python skills. Experience designing scalable data architectures and pipelines.Comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
