Purpose Brands, LLC seeks a Franchise Business Coach to support Waxing the City franchisees, driving performance and profitability across territories. You will deliver consulting, training, and strategic initiatives to improve operations, sales, and consistency in multi-unit settings. The role requires 3+ years in multi‑unit leadership or franchise consulting, a business degree, and experience in beauty services.
