Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements :

• 1 or more years' experience working with comparable patient population required
• Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligible for state licensure as a professional therapy provider
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field required
• BLS
• LPC/LCSW/LADC

Other Details:

• Documentation Type: Knowledge on how to complete documentation of medical necessity and ability to complete documentation in a timely manner according to hospital policy
• Caseload: 10-15
• Dress Code: Sage Scrubs or Business Casual
