Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator Clyde, OH | Full-Time Premier Dental is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Patient Relations Coordinator to join our growing team! We are a busy, patient-centered, multi-doctor practice offering General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Periodontics . With exciting internal team advancements, we’re expanding our front desk team and looking for someone who wants to grow with us. Premier Dental 510 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410 Office Schedule Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM What You'll Do Greet and check patients in/out Answer phones and assist with patient questions Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments Verify patient and insurance information Collect payments, co-pays, and outstanding balances Coordinate with the clinical team for smooth patient flow Manage daily front-office communications and tasks What We're Looking For Previous dental, customer service, or administrative experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, professional, and patient-focused Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dental office, insurance, and practice management software experience preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision & life insurance Paid time off & holiday pay 401(k) with company match Opportunities for career growth and development Join a supportive team where great patient care and professional growth go hand in hand!
