This position supports research initiatives through project coordination, data management, statistical analysis, artificial intelligence (AI) and data science applications, scholarly dissemination, and grant-related activities.Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, residents, and students, the Research Associate helps drive research productivity, innovation, and evidence‑based healthcare. This role also supports and promotes research activities within the Clinical Outcomes Research and Education (CORE) Center.Essential FunctionsResearch Coordination & Program SupportOrganize and facilitate research‑related meetings, trainings, conferences, seminars, workshops, and presentationsPromote research opportunities and support the research, publication, and journal‑related activities of the Clinical Outcomes Research and Education (CORE) CenterData Management, Analytics & AIManage research data, including database development, data cleaning, statistical analysis, data visualization, and interpretation of findingsDevelop, implement, and evaluate artificial intelligence (AI) and data science applications for clinical, educational, and health outcomes researchScholarly & Grant SupportPrepare and contribute to manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, technical reports, grant proposals, and other scholarly productsResearch Compliance & Regulatory SupportSupport research compliance activities, including IRB submissions and renewals, regulatory documentation, and adherence to University, sponsor, and funding agency requirementsCollaboration & Academic EngagementCollaborate with faculty, staff, residents, and students on research design, data analysis, and scholarly disseminationQualificationsMaster's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Epidemiology, or a related field.Experience working with large healthcare datasets, electronic health records, or clinical databases.Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages.Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, natural language processing, or other AI techniques.What We OfferMedical, dental, and vision plans with a variety of optionsRetirement matching up to 7.5%Employee Assistance Programs, including mental health servicesGenerous vacation and sick leave for a strong work‑life balancePaid holidaysEligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Additional employer‑paid benefitsWhat To Do NextApply through our Career Center at Roseman.edu!
