Superintendent

Job Details Title: Superintendent - Ground Up Construction Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance on every jobsite Coordinate daily with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify issues Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and progress documentation Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards across all phases of construction Travel extensively to active project sites as required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Proven experience supervising projects in a traveling capacity Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules Strong safety mindset with a track record of accident-free projects Willingness and ability to travel extensively (regional and/or national) Nice to Have Experience with healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or specialty commercial projects OSHA 30 certification Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.) Benefits Competitive salary with travel compensation Per diem, housing, and travel support Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a respected builder Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
