Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is designed for skilled SLPs holding their CCCs and California licensure, looking to make a significant difference as part of a collaborative and progressive school community.

Begin your journey at the start of the upcoming school year, with the role extending through 2027. You’ll provide essential services on a flexible schedule of 8 hours per week, working between one and five days weekly, empowering young learners to find their voice and achieve communication milestones. You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise an SLPA— and as the needs evolve, the caseload could expand or transition into a full-time role with the potential addition of SLPAs under your leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Strong background supporting elementary-aged students
• Previous supervisory or mentorship experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for grades K-5
• Supervise and support an SLPA’s clinical activities
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement communication goals
• Adapt to changing caseload demands and take on new supervisory responsibilities as needed
