Lead Qualification Specialist

We are seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to support our sales team by researching, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. The role will focus on lead management, outbound prospecting, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling appointments for outside sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, organize, and prioritize incoming leads
• Research prospects and verify contact information
• Make outbound prospecting calls and qualify leads
• Identify decision-makers, buying signals, and new opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-up
• Schedule qualified appointments for outside sales representatives
• Support pipeline growth and lead generation efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Comfortable with daily outbound calling and prospecting
• Strong research, organizational, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Preferred Experience:

• BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Call Center experience
• Salesforce experience
• B2B sales support and prospect research experience
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel

Performance Expectations: The successful candidate will be expected to manage a high volume of leads, complete outbound calls, maintain accurate CRM data, and generate qualified appointments and opportunities.
