Our Pelvic Health Operating Unit advances care for patients living with bladder and bowel control conditions through targeted, minimally invasive neuromodulation therapies, including sacral and tibial solutions. Designed to modulate nerve pathways and restore communication between the brain and pelvic floor, these programmable therapies deliver personalized treatment supported by strong clinical evidence and long-term outcomeshelping improve confidence, independence, and quality of life.
As a Pelvic Health Therapy Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in the successful introduction and adoption of new OAB (overactive bladder) therapies. You will provide in-depth technical support and guidance to help HCP teams build confidence, capability and belief in our innovative new therapies. The ideal candidate will be energized by the opportunity to partner with HCPs to offer new therapies and motivated to expand access for patients. You will possess a strong background in medical device technology, possess product and procedure expertise, therapy development experience, a strong track record of agility and adaptability to learn, and the ability to manage and collaborate with complex stakeholders and build effective working relationships. This role will require 70+% travel within the assigned district and potentially outside of the district as business needs dictate.

Qualifications: Must Have: Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience* OR Associate's Degree AND 6+ years experience* OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience* *Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$125,000.00 - $125,000.00The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).
The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).
