Position: Production & Packing Associate Schedule: 12-hour Rotating shifts Shift : 1st and 2nd Hours: 7AM - 7PM/7PM - 7AM Pay Rate: 1st shift $15.00 per hour2nd shift $16.13/ per hour Location: Morrisville or Durham NC For priority consideration, text code word "NCREADY" to View phone number on click.appcast.io Responsibilities
- Load film rolls and adjust film tension settings to maintain smooth operation and proper sealing alignment. Or cutting the cards on the production line.
- Operate and adjust overwrapping machinery or slitting machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical and material issues, such as jams, misfeeds, or inconsistent wrapping, to reduce downtime.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning sensors, lubricating moving parts, and checking heat-sealing elements.
- Set machine parameters (temperature, speed, form size) based on product and overwrap material specifications.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream operators to ensure synchronized product flow and reduce bottlenecks on the line.
- Operate non-electric hand truck/manual pallet jacks
