Clinical Research Associate I - Oncology (Little Rock/Shreveport/Dallas)

Clinical Research Associate I position supporting oncology trials across multiple sites in the south-central region. The role focuses on site management, protocol compliance, data integrity, and ensuring patient safety while building strong relationships with investigative sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites, providing trial information and strengthening partnership positioning
• Conduct site evaluations, training, monitoring activities, and closure in compliance with protocols and GCP standards
• Develop customized site engagement strategies and track progress using CRM tools and site insights
• Monitor clinical sites for study performance and patient safety issues in collaboration with central monitoring teams
• Ensure data quality, timely submission from sites, and audit/regulatory inspection readiness at assigned sites

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in medical, scientific, or nursing discipline or equivalent work experience
• Clinical research coordinating or data management experience
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements
• Understanding of scientific concepts and ability to apply them to clinical trial conduct
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with active listening ability
• Planning and organizational skills with ability to work in dynamic, competing priority environments
• Collaborative cross-functional approach with integrity and self-motivation
