Self Pay Representative

Providing a positive customer service experience, the full-time Self Pay Representative will manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient inquiries and financial information while working remotely. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls and messages, utilizing an automated phone system and other communication modes Place outbound calls and send messages to provide financial information and work toward balance resolution Collaborate with team members and resources to effectively resolve issues and consistently meet performance indicators Required qualifications Associate degree or equivalent experience At least 1 year of related experience in a call center or customer service environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent communication skills
