Join Options Staffing 360 LLC as a Recruiter in Plymouth, MI (hybrid), supporting talent acquisition goals across the full recruiting lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings , candidate sourcing , interviewing , and onboarding . Use recruiting platforms and tools, including ATS systems , to manage and track candidates. Perform technical recruiting for specialized roles and executive-level positions , aligned with company needs. Support campus recruitment activities to connect with emerging talent. Build and maintain relationships with travel staff and hiring managers to deliver strategic talent management solutions. Apply negotiation strategies to secure top candidates while ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws . Use social media management techniques to strengthen employer branding and support candidate outreach. Conduct high-volume cold calling to reach passive candidates using tailored outreach strategies. Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning , training and development initiatives, and employee relations matters. Research industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve the candidate experience. Complete other duties as assigned . Requirements 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience; healthcare staffing experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple searches and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset. Comfort working in a hybrid setup.
