As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations-leading your team, delighting guests, and delivering results:
- Own and elevate daily operations for Dunkin'
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Build a strong, positive team culture with open communication and high morale
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure consistent quality and execution
- Recruit, hire, and train top talent in compliance with all regulations

- Dunkin Brands University Graduate (preferred - must be willing to obtain within 6 months of hire)
- 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience (required)
- Adaptability across different service styles and concepts
- Strong leadership presence with a passion for team development
