Director of Nursing (Twinsburg)

Career Strategies is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a skilled nursing facility in the Twinsburg, OH area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader who enjoys developing nursing teams, improving resident outcomes, and partnering with the Administrator to ensure the nursing department operates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing department
• Lead, support, and develop the nursing team
• Ensure quality resident care and strong clinical outcomes
• Monitor compliance with federal and state regulations
• Maintain survey readiness and address areas of concern
• Oversee nursing policies, procedures, and clinical practices
• Monitor quality measures and implement improvement initiatives
• Provide ongoing education and coaching to nursing staff
• Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management as needed

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
• Previous Director of Nursing or strong ADON experience in skilled nursing
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, regulations, and survey processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to coach and develop nursing staff
• Strong commitment to quality resident care
