Registered Nurse | RN Highland Rehabilitation & Health Care Center – Full‑time, part‑time, PRN available. $7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time. What Will You Do in This Role? As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient, effective nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and promote resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. You will also provide resident care and lead nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
