We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Carpenter Helper to join our crew for ongoing construction work in North Adams, MA. This position will focus on form carpentry, concrete work, rough carpentry, and general labor tasks as needed. Responsibilities- Perform general rough carpentry tasks
- Assist with site cleanup and material handling
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Support the crew with labor duties when needed
- Follow job site safety procedures and instructions
- 2 years of experience in construction
- Ability to read measurements and use construction tools
- OSHA 10
- Basic carpentry and construction knowledge
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
- Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work with a team
- Full-time work available
- Pay based on experience
