And our corporate social responsibility programs provide meaningful and fulfilling work in the community.A career at Citco isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to excel in an environment that genuinely supports your personal and professional development.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Architecture & Strategy:Define and maintain enterprise architecture across application, data, integration, cloud, and platform domainsEstablish architecture principles, standards, and reference architecturesEnsure consistent adoption of enterprise patterns across technology initiativesIntegrate AI, automation, and analytics capabilities into the broader enterprise architectureAlign technology architecture with business strategy and long-term roadmapTechnical Leadership:Provide architectural leadership across major enterprise initiativesGuide solution architects and engineering teams on architecture decisionsDefine reusable architectural patterns and shared platform capabilitiesAct as a design authority for complex, cross-domain solutionsBalance innovation with stability, security, and operational maturityStandards & Governance:Establish governance models for platforms, integrations, data, and AI-enabled solutionsDefine security, compliance, and risk guardrails in collaboration with security and risk teamsReview solution designs for alignment with enterprise standardsEnsure architectural consistency across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem solutionsPromote observability, resiliency, and operational readiness by designSolution Design & Review:Review and approve AI solution designsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture standardsIdentify opportunities for reusable componentsGuide teams on technical implementation approachesEvaluate new AI technologies and platformsEmerging Technology & Platform Evolution:Drive the evolution of Citco's AI platform capabilitiesEvaluate emerging technologies including AI/GenAI, automation, and data platformsDefine how AI capabilities are responsibly embedded into enterprise solutions.Define roadmap for platform capabilities and featuresGuide integration with existing enterprise systemsQualificationsYou must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture rolesStrong background in large-scale, distributed enterprise systemsProven experience designing cloud-native and hybrid architecturesHands-on understanding of data, integration, and platform architecturesExperience incorporating AI and automation into enterprise solutions (not limited to AI platforms)You should possess the following skills:Strong enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and governance experienceDeep expertise in application, data, integration, and cloud architectureStrong programming background in Python and/or Node.js, with the ability to understand and guide implementation-level decisionsExtensive hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native design patterns (compute, storage, networking, serverless, IAM, etc.)Strong understanding of security, compliance, and risk considerationsExperience with API-driven and event-driven architecturesData architecture, governance, and integration patternsAbility to translate strategy into executable architectureClear technical communication with senior stakeholdersTechnical Expertise:AWS cloud platform (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, Step Functions, IAM)Development using Python and/or Node.jsLarge Language Models and GenAI technologiesRAG architectures and implementation patternsCloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)Enterprise integration patternsSecurity and compliance frameworksData architecture and governanceSalary Range: USD $155,000 to USD $270,000Our Benefits:Your well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
