Currently, we have a Cancellations Mail Clerk/Receptionist opportunity with a publicly traded extended auto warranty company. Founded in 1982, the company is recognized for service excellence, employs 300+ people nationwide, and is known for its strong culture and long-tenured workforce.The Cancellations Mail Clerk/Receptionist is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include:Primary Cancellations Clerk I Responsibilities — Approximately 80%Maintain a working knowledge of product eligibility requirements, cancellation guidelines, transfer guidelines, and related operational procedures.Process cancellations, prepare and send cancellation quotes, and complete related requests from dealers, agents, and customers.Process transfer requests and resolve routine cancellation- and transfer-related issues in accordance with established procedures.Respond to incoming calls, emails, and service inquiries regarding cancellations, transfers, and related account matters.Complete weekly and monthly batch-out activities accurately and within established deadlines.Mail Clerk-Receptionist Responsibilities — Approximately 20%Provide reception coverage by greeting visitors, answering and routing calls, and directing guests to the appropriate contact or department.Receive, sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, packages, courier requests, and related shipping documentation.Maintain reception, mailroom, and shared office areas, and provide limited office support, such as scanning, filing, data entry, and supply coordination, as needed.Required qualifications for the position include:High school diploma or equivalent.2 years of customer service, clerical, operations support, reception, mailroom, or related administrative experience.Effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong telephone etiquette and the ability to respond clearly and courteously to inquiries.Proficient computer and data-entry skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems and effectively use Microsoft Office applications.Pay Rate Range: $18.00 - $22.00 hourly Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
