Locations: Claremont, Covina, Charter Oak, Walnut, Glendora School Districts

Pay Rate: $20–$26/hr

As a Behavior Aide, you’ll work closely with school professionals and behavioral specialists to support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to change lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct support to students with special needs in school settings

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of specialists

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families

• Track progress and help students reach their full potential

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)

• At least 18 years of age

• Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred)

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
