Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n

Design, develop, and implement innovative, scalable backend solutions that deliver exceptional customer and support experiences.

\n

Build, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using C#, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core.

\n

Design, develop, and optimize secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.

\n

Provide technical leadership and contribute to architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.

\n

Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

\n

Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

\n

Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.

\n

Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable distributed systems.

\n

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while maintaining system reliability and performance.

\n

Develop and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and automated deployment pipelines.

\n

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.

\n

Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across engineering teams.

\n

Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve products and engineering processes.

\n

\n

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n

8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering with a strong focus on backend application development.

\n

Strong hands-on experience with C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, and ASP.NET Core.

\n

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and software architecture.

\n

Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

\n

Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and scalable backend application design.

\n

Experience designing systems with high availability, reliability, and performance requirements.

\n

Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases, including database design and performance optimization.

\n

Strong understanding of software quality practices, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.

\n

Experience with Git, source control management, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

\n

Familiarity with Docker containerization and deployment automation.

\n

Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

\n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

\n

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n

Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

\n

Experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and Linux environments.

\n

Knowledge of secure software development practices, application hardening, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

\n

Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or modern JavaScript technologies.

\n

Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, analytics, and reporting platforms.

\n

Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

\n

Experience collaborating with large, cross-functional engineering organizations.

\n

Contributions to open-source projects, technical communities, or personal software projects are highly valued.

\n

Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms, customer support systems, or large-scale cloud applications is a plus.

\n

Compensation & Benefits:

\n

\n

Annual Salary: $130,000 – $151,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic work location.

\n
